César Rebollar, a portrait photographer who enjoys playing with light, composition and dogs. Born in Mexico City, has given him the solid base to understand the fast pace of the world and at the same time, remembering to have fun. It's always important to remember that it's an adventure and a story in the making.

New York City is where the craft was developed, while attending the New School University a great way to understand how the city is hustling and bustling and the beauty that it's chaos creates.
